Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I am 64 years old. my mother is deceased. I have always used my mothers maiden name, till i got married. I have first social sercuity card with it on it and then one from when i changed it when I got married. The issue is my birth certicate, it has a mans name on it and my last name is really something else, not my mothers maiden name. I was enrolled in school with her maiden name. Now I moved to Fl and I cant get my drivers license ,even with my In license, because my birth cert and marriage lic names do no match. I only want the birt cert changed not my whole life. How do I proceed (cheaply) thank you

Make sense. If the issue is a birth certificate from another state. You need an attorney in the other state.
