Abandonment on Lease and Rent
Can I sell the tangible property of a roomate who abandoned the lease agreement and the rent 2 months ago on a lease signed for 1 year that was signed 7 months ago, which means that the roomate abandoned said agreement 5 months into the lease.

No -- not based on the facts as stated. You would need to facts to show that the property was abandoned. Has he contacted you? Have you contacted him? Get him to either pay rent or come get his property.
