Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

This question probably can not be answered on this forum, I can tell you that the standard for summary judgment is that in the light most favorable to the non-moving party (you) that there are no questions of fact. If you allege questions of fact (as in you do not owe the debt) then summary judgment should be denied.
