Auction Vehicle

How can I stop an auction of my tractor/trailer. The repair shop never notified me of the repairs and now wants to auction off my vehicles. Can I file a lawsuit or demand a hearing to stop the auction?

First contact the shop and pay for what you owe them. If you don't think the bill is correct, then you'll need to get into court to stop the auction. Otherwise, you can probably bid on them yourself and maybe you'll pay less.
