Collecting on an unpaid loan
Approximately nine months ago I loaned a friend $2,500 in cash, and it's obvious now she has no intention of repaying. Could a court order her to repay me? If so which court?

File a small claims action in county court. You will need some proof that it was a loan and not a gift.
