Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

If a corporate defendant has lost it's defense witnessess does a case still exist? The corp. has fired its witnesses.

The corp. now call their defendants witnesses. These witnessess actually done the retalitory acts and had me terminated. Can they keep defending themselves now that they fired these 2 witnesses. How do you throw out this lawsuit and demand full judgement. This is in the U.S. District Courts. It appears this high profile company wants to keep this lawsuit in because their were 7 witnesses who did these acts but they call them witnesses now instead of defendants and I am up against the Company and not these 7 witnesses. I want to throw this case out can it be done. Or do the company have to fire all its witnesses who done the retaliation and termination? Is it like criminal law no witnesses no case?

The two people fired are the star witness so to say.

Just because a company fires its employees it does not mean they will not be witnesses; and even if they are not witnesses, it does not mean the case is over if they can still defend with other witnesses. You still have to prove your case. They do not have to do anything.
