Court Reporting

Once a defendant has paid in full to a court reporting agency for transcripts of a plea colloquy, what is the time frame in which the reporter must provide such transcripts.

Re: Court Reporting

There is no law on point, however, it generally should not take more than one or two weeks. If you are having a problem, file a motion and ask the Court to require the Court reporter to produce the materials which were ordered and paid for.
