Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I have to appear in court next week for selling beer to a minor. I am a service clerk. What is the possible outcome?

If you have no prior record, you may be offered a pre-trial diversion program. It is, frankly, more annoying than punitive, but the benefit is that at the end of the program, which lasts typically six months, the charges are dropped. The program consists, essentially, of you having to perform some community service hours, maybe take a class on alcohol, pay some fines and costs, and that is about it.
