Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Disney World Valet damaged my Porsche

A parking valet at Walt Disney World backed an SUV into the front of my late model Porsche while I was sitting in it with the engine turned off. They admitted guilt. Impact was enough to pop the hood, and scratch the front of the car.

Considering where this happened and who did it... should I be asking them for anything more than the cost to repair the car?

Thank you very much.

Re: Disney World Valet damaged my Porsche

Ask for an airhorn for your car, and next time hold it out the window and blow it before another car backs up into you. I don't know why you or others feel the need to be greedy. You are entitled to the cost of repairing your car. What more do you want? Your facts show no evidence of personal injury, nor do your facts evince any intentional conduct or malice on the valet's part. Be happy you weren't hurt.
