Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

My father is a truck driver. He went to a company to pick up a load from them. He was told by a man to go to the front to get his paperwork after another told him there was no paperwork for him . He informed the lady in the front of what had just happened in the back. The lady was very rude to him telling him that she had told him that already and my father said no she hadn't. She pushed the paper out the window that she was behind and rudely shut it. 45 minutes after my father leaves he gets a call from his company that this lady had sent a email to them stating that he was cursing at her, dropping the F word and used the N word to the man in the back. All of which were lies.. His company has now fired him over this situation even though he has told them what really happened. Is there anything he can do about this whether it be to the company or to the woman and her company? Thanks so much

1. He may have a wrongful termination claim. Seek legal help on that immediately. How old is dad? He may have an age discrimination claim also, depending no his age.

2. He may have a slander claim against the woman and her employer depending on what facts can be proven. There may be surveillance videos and a demand should be made to preserve them all. Seek legal help for this potential claim as well.
