Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I want to file a lawsuit to regain $8,000 that is owed to me. But this is bigger than a small claim. So how can I get the proper forms to file, because the Orange County clerk of the court only has small claims forms.

Orange County Clerk of Court also has County Civil forms on-line, I believe. But, in any event, you can go to the courthouse and get the forms you need to sue in XS of small claims. It is recommended that you have a lawyer do this for you.
