Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Someone old friend issued a restraining order on me. Most of it is completely made up. This guy who issued the order where it says places victim or victims family go often.. He put down 2 of my largest accounts. Underneath that it says that i must remain at least 500 feet from the places listed. He does not know these businesses at all and knows how important they are to me.

the businesses were outraged that i wouldn not be able to service them until further notice! One even went as fat to have a letter made up and notorized stating :

"joe johnson is a valued vendor for connors motors inc. His service is utilized on a regular basis and he is always welcome, professionally or socially. I have no idea who john johnson is and do not appriciate others

attempting to dictate who frequents my property.

the other business wrote a simalar letter

ive lost over $1,000 in the last 2 days from not being able to do business with them.

Can i file to sue for pejury on the restraining order?

Can i file to sue for damages done by the false statments that the victim claimed (goes to my customers regularlly which is why i must stay back 500 ft)?

Was there a hearing on the injunction? Were you present? Have you filed a motion to have it rescinded? Depending on the facts you may have several claims including abuse of process, tortuous interference with business relationships, slander, etc.
