You have a number of options. First, you should record a certified copy of the judgment in each county where the defendant has real estate. You should also file it with the secretary of state. There is a form in the civil rules of procedure that can be sent to the defendant for them to complete as to their assets. Don't hold your breath waiting for a response. It may require a court order for them to act. You can garnish their bank accounts. You can levy on non-homestead property. You can take their depositions in aid of execution to determine whether they have any assets that you can proceed against. Depending on the size of your judgment, you may well want to retain an attorney to assist you in these efforts.
