Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

harrassing letters

I am receiving harrassing letters in the mail from the same person for two years. He makes sure in the letters not to make any physical threats. I wrote a letter demanding him to stop sending me letters in which he has not respected. The police won't do anything or the post office. What are my rights in this matter?
