Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

A loan?

I loaned someone a sum of money two years ago and we never had a contract or anything but a verbal agreement. He hasnt paid one cent on the amount borrowed. Am I stuck for it? Do I have any recourse?

You can still sue him. You difficulty will be in proving that you actually made a loan and what its terms were. Look for a cancelled check, e-mail, letter, etcetera to prove the loan.
