A court transcript in a civil matter is prepared if a court reporter is paid not only to be present in court, but also for preparing the transcript. If you did not hire a court reporter to be present, and the court did not make a recording of the hearing, which sometimes is done, you are out of luck. If the court did make a recording, you may be able to take a copy of it to a court reporter to transcribe the hearing. Call the judge's secretary to find out, and if there is one you can get a copy of the recording for a nominal fee. Then take it to a court reporter and pay to have it transcribed.
