How much notice are you to be given to appear at a Deposition in Aid of Execution in the state of Florida? We have no funds to hire an attorney at this time.

The notice should be reasonable, but there is no minimum amount of notice necessary. If you were served with the notice by subpoena you should immediately take action. If you do not appear at the noticed deposition you could be found in contempt. I strongly suggest that you consult with and retain an attorney to discuss this matter.
