Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

If a person lives in Florida and is being exposed on blogs for wrong doings and they file under Florida statutes 784.048 and 836.05 for a protection order does Florida State courts have jurisdiction ?

long arm of the law ?

obviously this is being filed to stop the embarassment and being exposed for operating a business illegally.....

Perhaps a FL court has jurisdiction. I am not going to enter into a mini-series on personal jurisdiction, though, in order to explain why or why not.
