Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Personal property

I have about $3000 in music equipment at a house that my friend no longer lives in. He claims the landlord has not removed any property from the house. I can't get into the house because the landlord will not return my calls and my friend moved upstate. How can I go about getting the landlord to let me in the house so I can get my equipment back?

Re: Personal property

An attorney letter may help. The Landlord may be holding the property in lieu of rent.

Re: Personal property

Go over and see the landlord. Don't wait for a return call.
