Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I am in the process of defaulting a corporation that will not refund my money because did not complete services they guaranteed as per the signed agreement and flyer they mailed to me. However, their website's terms and conditions state that by using the site, should a dispute arise, they should be filed in the courts of the county and state they reside in (different state from mine). My question is does this have to be followed even now when they have defaulted?
