question about car accident

If someone is in a car accident and is sued, can the primary policyholder assets (stocks, etc.) be included in the suit?

You do not sue assets, so the assets are not "included" in the suit. The assets of anyone sued are at risk, subject to liberal laws in Florida that protect certain assets from forced sale by creditors.
