return of engagement ring

I was engaged to be married ,we fought and she returned the ring ,we made up and i returned it to her as an engagement ring ,she left me for someone else by her choice . do i have a right to the ring back ?

Yes, under Florida law, an engagement ring is a gift given in contemplation of marriage. If the woman changes her mind, you do have the right to get your ring back. Of course, the cost to litigate can be greater than the value of some rings.

Yes you are entitled to get the ring back as long as you gave it to your fiance' in contemplation of marriage.
