Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Being Sued

I had a voluntary repossession about a year ago. I was served with a suit for the remaining balance of $6200. What options do I have?

Re: Being Sued

1) Pay outright. 2) Ask for a payment plan. 3) Hire an attorney. Some judes will not let you be hit with a repo and paying for the balance of the contract.
