I have a tree that fell during high winds and landed on my neighbors property. The tree was a viable tree and caused damage to his heavy equipment trailer. My home oweners insurance company say that it is not my responsobility. Am I responsoble?

You may be responsible, and so may your home insurance company. Don't listen to the homeowner's insurance agent and get a lawyer.
