Unjustified law suit

I am being sued for a property I do not own, I was issued two summons to be answered in the time frame of 21 days, and when I contacted the lawyers and told them, they had the wrong person they got nasty and said that, yes it's you, it's you. So I asked how you got my name and they reply saying my name was pick from a list. I just want to know my legal rights, and what kind of lawyer should I ask for?

If it is not you, you might not need a lawyer. Hard to tell without knowing what you have been sued for. You can file an answer yourself.
