Verizon FIOS

Verizon recently came through my neighbohood and dug up every's yard to have FIOS out in. 4 times my yard was dug, 3 of them without warning. On the 3rd ''dig'' a part of my sprinkler system was damaged and water went everywhere. They supposedly fixed it on the spot and went on their merry way. I just received a water bill for $431 dollars!!! I have tried for 2 days to get someone from Verizon to get back to me and I have not received even a phone call. I even have a ref. # number for my complaint. The water company wants paid and the water is still leaking. What are my options at this point? Thank you

The options are not great: 1. continue to call Verison and hope to get the repair done soon. 2. repair it yourself and submit your water bill and your repair bill to Verison for payment. You have a duty to protect your property and to mitigate damages. 3. give them a date to pay in writing, cert mail, and if they do not pay, sue them in small claims court. Take photos and all bills for proof.
