Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I was in a Walmart parking lot on the way to my car. All of a sudden this guy spun around another car and went right into my shopping cart and almost knocked me to the ground. There were two eye witnesses and the police were called. The driver was given a ticket I think for reckless driving. Based on the information the police obtained from the witnesses, the policer officer concluded that it was obviously the driver of the car's fault considering I was just walking to my car.

Is there anyway I can sue this guy for any reason or cause? The guy came out of his car and blamed "me" for hitting his car and was very violent-- verbally. thank you.

You can sue anyone for any reason, the question is 1) do you have a legitimate cause of action, and 2) do you have any damages. Based on what you describe you may have a legitimate cause of action against the driver of the car for negligence. What you do not describe is any damages that you suffered as a result of his negligence.

If you have any damages for this event you should contact a personal injury lawyer to review your case and give you a better evaluation.
