Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Is it worth my time and money to sue a landlord for loss of use for a bathroom that was unusable for 4 months because of a water leak that they knew about and still didn't fix. And caused large amounts of mold to grow near my bedroom.

Mold remediation if it needs to be done is costly and can make the apartment uninhabitable. You need to clarify whether this has actually occurred. As for the non use of the toilet, was it the only one in the apartment? If so, you should get some sort of concession. Your lease agreement review is the place to start to determine if you are entitled to any break.
