Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida
i am not happy with my medical insurance carrier and have requested that my employer stop taking out the weekly deduction and discontinue my coverage human resources claims that he cannot do this as i am locked in for rest of the year by fla. law is this true thanks

Generally, you can only opt out under certain conditions and usually that is a once a year option.
