Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida

HMO problems

I am 27 with 3 kids & a fiance. My HMO is Amerigroup & I was told by the person who took the prior authorizations to go ahead & pay for them and I woul get my money back in 24 to 48 hours. But, they denied coverage for the scripts-medically necessary. Now my family will not only lose the house but possibly me as well-scripts were only 15 day supply and will not be able to pay for refills for long (very low on funds. If you have any info or know some one who can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time and help.

There is not enough information in your post regarding what you bought, why, and why it was denied. You will need to contact the HMO to see what is going on and why they denied it.
