Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida

pharmacist gave a five year old the wrong doseage of pink eye eye drops witch caused severe eye problems.......the pharmacy wants to settle for the doctors bills..........should we settle or are we entitled to more?

Don't do anything before consulting with a malpractice attorney first. You may be entitled to other damages, such as future medical expenses, etc.
