Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida

Prescrition filled with wrong medication cont.

What is considered an injury, I had no way of knowing the pharmacy had given her the wrong medication, the first day I gave her the medication, the school nurse called me and I had to pick her up from school and take her home she had stomach pains a headache and felt dizzy, I called the doctor and they told me these were common side affects, not knowing I had given her the wrong one I left it alone, I have since then checked online and one was for numerous dosages daily and the other was XR exteneded release, (Adderral was the one they and the one that should have been was the Adderral XR) when I administered the XR there were no side affects are these all in the same or is there a difference other than just the extended release part.

It sounds like she was not hurt, thankfully. Go ask her doctor.
