Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

Came Here on 10:21 2015 met my wife December 14th 2015 got married January 14th 2016 I came on a visitors visa to visit my family and buy things for my business never knew I was going to meet my wife in the US after we got married I went back to my country on my visa how soon can I come back from my country to apply for adjustment of status and stay with my wife.my wife is a u s citizen, I known my wife now for almost two month ,we live together since we meet,Am from Jamaican,now am back in Jamaican can I come back in five weeks on the same visa I came here with before with no problem

To re-enter as a visitor after marrying a U.S. citizen would be visa fraud. Now that you have immigrant intent, the proper thing to do would be "consular process". Please refer to USCIS.gov and travel.state.gov for more information on consular processing for an immediate relative.
