Can 2 simple possession charges that were mistemenors in state law become an aggravated felony in immigration (federal) law??

the state was florida and the case is being treid in texas

You need to look at the Florida Statute under which the arrests happened and make an analysis depending on that. Some second arrests bump up a misdemeanor to a felony.
