My brother is a US citizen and when he applies for my parents since they are immediate relatives they become Permanent residents in approximately 5 or 6 months but when it comes to my situation i am 17 years old and i am a minor child. My question is ; Are there any ways for me to immigrate to US with my parents without waiting for so long?

Thank you for your time.

Your parents can obtain their greencards and maybe one of them can still reside with you in your home country until the other one can naturalize and become a US citizen after 5 years. At that point, that parent can apply for you and the other parent to come to the US. By that time, you will be over 21 (which means you won't be considered as an immediate relative). You will have to wait a few years to obtain a greencard but it wont' be as long as if your brother petitioned for you. The only other alternative is you apply for F1 status.
