I just became a citizen. How do I go about getting a new passport and visa and new identity with my American name?

Many places accept passport applications

Besides the post offices, many other places accept passport applications in behalf of the US government.

You can find the locations near you that accept passport applications by visiting the Passport Office's website: http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html .

Besides finding the places that accept passport applications, you can find out all the information you will need regarding passports at that site.

If you are planning to leave the US soon, you should get started on the passport application as it may take several weeks to get your passport.

Re: citizenship

Congratulations! Go to the post office and fill out an application for your passport. Go to the DMV and get your license changed. Go to the agencies from which you have been granted any kind of document and show them your certificate with your new name and you should not have any problem. Take care. and the best of luck to you!
