You need to provide more information about the following: your priority date; your marital status: single or married; what is your country of birth? ; where do you reside now (in what country)? etc etc.

Since you will be over 21 years old when your parent obtains naturalization, you will not be able to qualify as an immediate relative. Immediate relatives have visas which are available now. I'm curious to know how your parents obtained permanent residence.

Depending on your marital status, your case may still be upgraded once your parent becomes a citizen. Having the petition upgraded will shorten the amount of time you will have to wait. But to answer that we will also need to know when the petition was filed on your behalf (specifically, the government receipt notice will list a Priority Date) and where you are from. We will need to look at the latest Visa Bulletin (See http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_4539.html) to determine what your family category is and will be once your parent naturalizes.

Are you in the U.S. now? Do you have status here in the U.S. while you are waiting? Other important factors may be very critical to whether you can obtain your green card in the future.

Please feel free to contact me further to see how we can assist you and to schedule an appointment in Miami.

Sincerely,
