Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I filled an appeal and a brief with bia. the dhs did not file a brief at all. what the bia will do ? i am looking to reversed the decision of an imigration judge denied my cancellation of removal case?

The DHS frequently does not file a brief on appeals to the BIA. The BIA will make decision whether to reverse or affirm the Imigration Judge's decision based on its evaluation of the record and your legal arguments on appeal.
