Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I am a Green Card Holder currently outside the US. I will be returning shortly to the US within the one year time period. While overseas I had a child. I am informed I can return to the US wiht my child under a process called 'NA3'.

what is the NA3 Green card process?

Contact the US embassy in your country BEFORE going back to USA with your newborn child, and they will issue your child traveling papers so he/she will become a permanent resident upon entering the USA for the first time.
