Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

hi,

i am a Green card holder RN and i lived in Orlando ,Florida from Sep'06-Dec'09. Due to family reasons,i took a re-entry permit (valid until Dec 2011) and moved to Bahrain (where my husband works) in Dec ' 09.I filed for my husband I-130 in Nov ' 09.My husband has not yet got a priority date. August Visa bulletin shows the priority date as 01March '09.How can i show affidavit of support as i have no job right now and i dont live in US?

I am due to deliver our 1st child in October '10 in India.I came to know that LPR mother could take their child back to US on their 1st trip back, with transportation letter before the child is 2 yrs old.

Since i resigned my job, is it safe to take my child with me on my 1 st trip back to US. Can i show them my active RN license and be safe taking my child?

Will my chid have '''follow to join '' previledge on my husband's I-130?

THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE ,

Ashitha.

The current priority date in this visa category is Jan 2010 (Sep 2010 Visa Bulletin). To sponsor your husband under the Affidavit of Support, you need to re-establish domicile in the United States.

Yes, a LPR mother can take a newborn with her to the USA by following the required steps.

Your job has nothing to do with taking a child back to USA. However, being unemployed, it can affect your ability to sponsor your husband.
