Is there any way an Indian person holding Employment Authorization Card and pending I-485[EB-3 Category] of 64 years age and over 40 social security points can request for quickest adjustment of status?

If he qualifies under other visa category. Otherwise he will have to wait for his priority date in Eb3 category to become current.
