hi im a residience here in usa and i have a green card my fiance is from mexico and he came to this country without a visa and we have a 8 month old baby and my question is if a can give him a green card when we marry or is better for him if a get my america passport

You'll need to get your US citizenship first. Afterwards, you can apply for his green card, and he will likely also need to submit his I-601 waiver as part of the process.
