Do you have to wait very long for the green card based on marriage interview at the USCIS? I have an interview coming soon and my wife was at the hospital

If your wife is in the hospital, then you should request that your interview be rescheduled.

USCIS can approve your case the same day, so it's best that you are both there & totally prepared for the interview.
