Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida

I would like to know what assets are protected in a lawsuit in the state of Florida. I am looking to insure myself greater against liability and want the knowledge to be aware of what the agent is selling me.

In a lawsuit against you, personally, none are protected, except perhaps your homestead property under the Florida Constitution. But a lien can be placed on your home in certain circumstances. See Article VII Section 6.
