Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Auto Insurance
I had full coverage. The insurance co paid for the auto body claim, but is denying the service claim. The truck was rolled over to the driver side and was running on its side for approx. 10 minutes causing service issues. What can I do?

YOu can sue them. I have had claims such as that. One issue to look at is did you sign a release for general property damage? or just the auto body? or maybe you have not signed a release.
