Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Driver license
In flordia i had a car reck with someone, and had no insurance at the time the state now askes me for a 4,000 deposit. That they say they keep just to realse me from libalty, but no one has sued me, and they wont give my license back until i pay. It has been a year and a half since all this happened. What can i do?

You should be able to pay a reinstatmement fee a year after your license was suspended from the state as long as there is no civil judgment against you.
