Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida

What can i do if i feel the attorney fees is very excessive something doesnt seem right . i have asked the attorney numerous times to provide me with the signed contract between them amd myself, summmary of their legal fees. they have not yet to send them to me.

if an inurance company settles over the estimated amount am i only entitled to the costs of my estimates or am i entitled to more money. how do i know if an attorney is being honest regarding their fees.

Seems as if you asked this before in a different way. you knew how much the much the fee was to be. you are entitled to a copy of your signed contract. no idea what "summary of their legal fees" means. it is like a % of the total amount received. no detail beyond that would be provided.

no idea what this means or asks "if an inurance company settles over the estimated amount am i only entitled to the costs of my estimates". honesty regarding their fees? a % of total is the amount agreed upon. you would likely need to sign some acknowledgment of receipt of those funds from the insurance company.
