geographical limits

What constitutes the limits of the continental United States? This refers to an endoresment on a homeowners policy that states basically, no coverage beyond 15 nautical miles of the continental limits of the united states.

Most likely what the term implies, unless it is further defined within the policy; namely, the "continental" United States. That would be that portion of the United States that is part of the continent.
