injury
i suffered a rotator cuff tear from my job because of the heavy lifting every day could i sue the business since they say i cant get workmans comp. this is something that happened over time

No you cannot sue the employer, You injury is covered by worker's compensation. You should see a work comp attorney if you have reported the injury and they have refused treatment.
