Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
I am being sued by an insurance comoany claiming they paid their insured 15000 uner his uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage because my coverage didnt include Bodily Injury, I did have the state required coverage of personal injury and property damage. of personal Injury and Property Damage. I was required to pay a fine and fee plus had my DL suspended for 1 year after the accident.
My question is can my drivers license be suspendedagain in Florida for a judgement if I carried the state required insurance cooverage
